With over a decade of experience in the health and social
care sector, I am a
dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Manager within
domiciliary care. My
career began in an administrative role, where I developed a
strong foundation in the
operational side of care services. I then progressed to a
Care Co-ordinator position,
a role I held for nine years, gaining extensive experience
in care planning, team
coordination, and service delivery. During this time, I
successfully completed my
Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care.
I continued to advance my career by moving into residential
care, where I worked as
a Deputy Manager before being promoted to Home Manager. This
role strengthened
my leadership skills and deepened my understanding of
regulatory compliance, staff
development, and quality assurance within a care home
setting.
In 2022, I returned to domiciliary care as a Registered
Manager, bringing with me a
broad range of experience across both residential and
community-based services. I
have since completed my Level 5 qualification in Leadership
and Management,
further enhancing my ability to lead high-quality,
person-centred care services.
In addition to my core qualifications, I have completed a
Level 2 qualification in
Understanding Mental Health First Aid and Mental Health
Advocacy in the
Workplace, as well as a Level 3 qualification in
Safeguarding. These have further
strengthened my ability to support both clients and staff,
promote wellbeing, and
ensure safe, responsive care practices.
I am passionate about delivering safe, effective, and
compassionate care, and I am
committed to continuous improvement, team development, and
achieving positive
outcomes for both clients and staff.
